Here's how our digital gift vouchers work: 

1. You are able to purchase gift vouchers here online. You can select a voucher amount or a "combination" of whatever amounts you like ($20 minimum) for the amount you require.

So if it was $75, then just add a $50 voucher to your cart and then add a $25. Or for $400 just add $200 two times.

The total you are spending will show in your cart each time you add an amount.

2. Once the order has gone through your cart and is completed, our system will email digital vouchers to the exact ordered amount to the email address that was used for the order.

So you can either:

(a) Use your email address and contact details when ordering - you will receive a voucher email that you can then forward to the recipient yourself later - or you could print off the voucher (there is an attractive print option once you receive them digitally with a qr code) and give it to them as a gift in an envelope for example.

(b) Use the recipients email address and contact details when ordering  - they will then simply receive the gift voucher email directly from us.

3. The lucky person who the voucher is for will then be able to use their voucher either in store or online. To do this they can use their phone, a printout or add the digital voucher to things like their apple wallet.

Please note these online-vouchers are only available via "digital" delivery.

We do sell paper printed vouchers as well and they are available in store - please call the online department to discuss or visit us in-store if you require one of those.

Terms of Use:
1. The person allocated the voucher is entitled to the face value of the voucher, redeemable only with Sound Centre.
2. This voucher or any change from any purchase using this voucher can never be redeemed for cash. Unused voucher amounts will be issued as a credit.
3. The voucher cannot be used for school of music lessons.
4. The voucher will expire 36 months from date of issue.
5. Sound Centre reserve the right to cancel and not process any gift voucher order that we receive through our online ordering system. In the case of this occurring you will be given an immediate refund.
6. Vouchers can only be purchased in Australia and used in Australia. No international orders will be accepted under any circumstances.
7. We reserve the right to ask for additional customer Identification and credit card verifications if required.
