REFUNDS & RETURNS
If your purchased item is faulty or damaged when you receive it or different to that depicted or described to you when ordering or not functioning as intended we will offer a refund, repair, exchange or store credit as applicable.
In the rare event of this happening please call us with your name and order number and we will assist you until the problem is resolved.
With the exception of warranty claims, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
We will arrange any shipping return back to us free of charge in the event of errors or faults (we will send you shipping paperwork that you can print and affix to your shipment)
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
In the rare event of any shipping damage please contact us immediately - your item is fully insured against any form of shipping damage and we need to get this sorted for you ASAP.
Take some photos of the damage and keep them on your phone. Then call/email/message us immediately. We have shipped thousands of fragile items and it is (amazingly!) very rare for an item to be damaged in transit in Australia. If this has unfortuantely happened to you fear not - we are here and we will get it sorted out for you.
REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND - CHOOSE CAREFULLY!
We do not offer refunds because of change of mind with order selection under any circumstances on any online orders.
We may offer EXCHANGE on another item of equal value - call us to discuss.
In the event of shipping returns with any form of exchange - you will need to pay all return fees and charges.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items are strictly non-returnable.
This includes but is not limited to: software, print music, DVDs, harmonicas etc.
